Introducing Bushkill Sessions

 I am so excited to present the trailer for the first Bushkill Sessions! My vision for this project is that bands will come and record and film live music in my barn on the banks of the bucolic Bushkill creek. Hidden in a little pass between mountains near Woodstock NY, the Bushkill Sessions barn retains the charm of its mid 19th Century origins but is fitted out as a live music Mecca. Bands who come will film and record 2 or 3 live songs, sit for an interview, and then do a photo session with me in and around the barn.

For this first shoot I filmed my friend and one of the great songwriters in these hills, Steve Koester, and his band Two Dark Birds, who play fabulously melodic and thought provoking tunes. I partnered with Chase Pierson on production and Todd Adelman on sound, as well as Chris Dinerman on photography.

It’s a real labor of love up here and I hope some of you will come join us to create magic!
